These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CreatorFlow (the “Service”), available at loopcrafta.click. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service, including users who purchase or access educational materials, templates, or other digital content.

You may use the Service only if you can form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
If the Service provides account features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it as needed.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not harm CreatorFlow, other users, or third parties.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass security measures.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where legally permitted.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through automated scraping or abusive rate of requests.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, harmful code, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the origin of any content or communications.
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access as described in these Terms.
Content & Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated content, including course materials, text, design, templates, branding, and other materials (collectively, “Materials”), are owned by CreatorFlow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CreatorFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
No redistribution.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Materials unless you have prior written permission or an explicit license that allows it.
Purchases & Billing
If the Service offers paid products, subscriptions, or digital downloads, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees and taxes.
Digital content may be made available immediately after purchase. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all sales are final unless a specific refund policy is presented at the time of purchase or required by law.
We may change pricing or availability of paid offerings at any time, subject to any required notice or consumer rights under applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Service and Materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice.
Outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, experience, timing, market conditions, and external circumstances. We do not guarantee results, revenue, audience growth, or performance.
As-is / as-available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorFlow and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid anything.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your use poses a security risk, or if required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions to the extent applicable.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
