How do I access my courses after signup?

After signup, your courses appear in your account dashboard. We also email a “Next steps” message within a few minutes—check spam/junk if you don’t see it.

  • Log in with the same email used at checkout.
  • Open “My Library” to see purchased programs.
  • If access is missing after 15 minutes, contact support with your receipt.
Do you offer completion certificates?

Yes—select programs include a completion certificate. If a course supports it, you’ll see a “Certificate” section once all required lessons are completed.

Can I get a refund?

If the course isn’t a fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Provide the email used at checkout and your receipt ID so we can find the order quickly.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen and enter your email. You’ll receive a reset email (usually under 2 minutes). If you don’t receive it, try another inbox tab and confirm you’re using the same email you purchased with.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Most major credit/debit cards are supported. If your payment fails, try a different card or contact your bank—some transactions are flagged by default for online services.

How can I reach support, and what info should I include?

Include your purchase email, a short description, and (if possible) a screenshot. This helps us resolve most issues in one reply.

Tip

If it’s an access issue, add your receipt ID and the exact course name.

Can I watch on mobile and desktop?

Yes. Your progress is saved per account, so you can switch between devices seamlessly. For the best experience, keep your browser updated.

My certificate name is wrong. Can it be corrected?

Yes. Send us the correct spelling and the email linked to your account. We’ll update it and re-issue the certificate where supported.
